Working with Microsoft CRM 3 for some time and Titan during the early adopters program I found that the entity browsers supplied with CRM has to much limitations. It does not show picklist values for instance. That is why I created this tool in the first place. While working with CRM 4.0 I also found that the tools for plug-in development didn't work that well.

CrmSync

"The CRM Synchronization tool is a synchronization...
"The CRM Synchronization tool is a synchronization program for Microsoft CRM data, so that a remote webserver (or other application) can read and write to CRM without needing to be always-connected to it. The main aim of the tool is to let a webserver have access to Microsoft CRM data, such as the CRM Knowledge Base, without relying on a direct connection between the webserver and the CRM system. So – for example – the VPN link between our webserver and the office (where the CRM system lives) can go down, and neither the CRM system nor the webserver really cares. When the link comes back up, the two are brought back into synchronization. Moreover, the tool allows data to be written from the webserver into CRM. The principle is simple: replicate the Microsoft CRM views to the live webserver. And do that in a stable and supported way!

The Analytics accelerator has been built to cater for differing business intelligence skill-sets and experience levels. Elements of the accelerator include:"
